All the orders are dispatched from our seller’s warehouse within 2-3 working days.

Most of the orders are delivered to your address within 2-3 working days from the date when the order is placed. You can track your order from the “order status” page

Treetou does not accept returns on plants as the plants will perish due to both-way transit stress. But we do guarantee every plant will arrive at your doorstep in great condition.

Please note that the plant might look a little dull due to transit stress. But be assured that exposure to sunlight and proper watering will revive the plant to its natural, healthy state.

If a wrong or damaged product(s) is delivered, then it has to be informed to us with images within 30 days after delivery. We will initiate a refund or send the replacement product(s) accordingly.

You can return non-plant products if: Any non-plant product reaches you in a damaged state. You are not happy with your purchase. We will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened non-plants products within 30 days of purchase.

Please send your requests to info@treetou.com at least 15 days before your next subscription renewal to cancel the contract.

Frequently Ask Questions by Sellers

You can sign up using the “become a seller” link on the site footer or email us at info@treetou.com

It will take up to 72 hours to review and approve your seller account. The Treetou team will contact you with all onboarding requirements after reviewing your application.

Please email us at info@treetou.com, and one of our business executives will get in touch with you.

You can notify 15 days in advance as per the contract T&C to cancel the seller contract and withdraw your products. Any dues will be settled as per the agreed settlement period.

You must have a valid trade licence registered in the UAE.

Currently, we do not allow private sellers to list products on Treetou.
