Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Shipping Rates

For calculated shipping ratesShipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

For simple flat rate shipping: We offer 20 CAD flat rate shipping for orders below 150 CAD. 

Out-of-city orders may attract additional shipping charges. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping as of now.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, including a tracking number. You can use the tracking number to check the order status. 

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at with your name and order number.


Refund Policy

We have a 30 days return policy, which means you have up to 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a tracking number or first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received a wrong item in order to evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items bought during the sale period may attract return shipping charges. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund in your account.
